Paul Cienfuegos and six others are now defendants in a lawsuit by Lithium Nevada Corporation to stop their participation with Newe Momokonee Nokotun, a Paiute Indigenous Women’s Camp trying to stop the desecration of sacred sites occasioned by ongoing work to construct the largest open pit lithium mine in the world.
